Biography

Background

Dr. Bumsted is a 1991 graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After settling and practicing in Salt Lake City, Utah for some time, he realized his future was back home in Pennsylvania. In 1995, he opened Point of View Eyecare and has been practicing in this region ever since. In 2000, Dr. Bumsted was named Young Optometrist of the Year for Chester/Delaware County. He is past president of the Chester/Delaware County Optometric Society.

I prioritize providing thorough eye care for all my patients, as this is essential for ensuring they maintain a high quality of life. I believe that taking the time to engage with and listen to patients leads to a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.
