Angela Clapper, OD
Angela Clapper, OD, received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005. She went on to pursue residency training in ocular disease and primary care at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Prior to that, she completed her BS in biology from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.
Dr. Clapper’s externship education focused on ocular diseases, including glaucoma, macular degeneration and retinal diseases resulting from hypertension and diabetes. Among her several training sites were the Wilmington Veterans Administration Hospital in Delaware and Moore Eye Institute in Springfield, PA, where she received honors. In addition, Dr. Clapper presented at the American Academy of Optometry Meeting in San Diego in 2005. Dr. Clapper is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate eye care and developing long-term relationships with her patients. Dr. Clapper enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
